San Antonio Museum of Art Wedding with Korrie and Stephen

Korrie and Stephen met while attending Messiah College near Harrisburg, PA.  Korrie was Stephen's "campus crush".  Steve's friends informed him that Korrie often studied in the computer lab in their apartment building, so naturally, Steve started doing his homework there, too. Fortunately, one night in April, they were the only two in the lab, so Steve had his chance. After Korrie stole his thunder by breaking the ice, they stayed up way too late talking about their families, places they want to visit, and other common interests. Steve invited Korrie to his lacrosse game the next day, and needless to say, she liked what she saw. The homework did not get done, but was worth the sacrifice.

They planned their destination wedding in San Antonio, Texas where the air was warm and the sites entertained their 50 out of town guests.  The ceremony took place under a mountain laurel at the San Antonio of Art.  Korrie and Stephen planted a tree in honor of the beginning of their marriage.  After the ceremony, they joined their guests at the Spanish Governor's Palace for an outdoor reception by the large fountain with candle light and blush peonies decorating the space.  It was fun, romantic and the perfect start to a perfect marriage.

Cutest flower girl ever.  She came half way down and decided to go back.

The historic Spanish Governor's Palace.

Macaroons from Bakery Lorraine!  Yum!

Such a proud and loving father!

We took a little walk up the street to the San Fernando Cathedral for some portraits.

And a reception under the stars with the always fantastic Lumen Events.
