Were you out there shopping for your Thanksgiving ingredients like I was today?  Not fun in this unseasonably cold weather for San Antonio!  We are not used to this freezing cold rain and wind in November!  But after braving it through Costco and HEB Plus, I'm warming up with a hot cup of Mexican Hot Chocolate, like my mom used to make and Mexican Wedding Cookies.  Warm, frothy, milk creamy with a touch of cinnamon, this is the perfect way to end my afternoon and prepare for a week of cooking, gathering with family, and enjoying the start of a great holiday season!
